What information we collect
In order for you to be a registered user of this website we collect certain information about you as an individual, such as name and email address.
As a user of the website you can see all the data that is held about you and your company at any time via the ‘Profile’ menu option. No other information about you is held on the website.
Why do we need this information?
This personal information is required to provide each user with a secure account on the Camden Waste Hub and for Camden to be able to authenticate each user when they login to the site.
How long do we keep this data?
We will retain this personal information about you for as long as your company has an active contract, or until we are advised that you wish for your personal information to be removed from the website (see your rights,below). We will also remove your information if your company requests this (if you have left the business for example).
Your rights Under Data Protection law you have rights related to how we protect and look after your personal data.
You have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal information that we hold and process about you. This is known as a subject access request.
After 25th May 2018 you can also ask:
a. that any inaccurate information we hold about you is corrected;
